• Go to your QuickBooks folder in the C: drive using the file explorer.
• Right-click the transaction log (.tlg) and network descriptor (.nd) files 
separately and click Rename.
• Add ‘.old’ at the end of the file name and save the files with the new 
extension.
• You must try running DBSM from the tool hub's Network Issues option.
• If it runs, go to the Browse option under the Scan Folders tab and select 
your QB folder.
• Click Start Scan and wait until all the folder contents are scanned .
