Unity of Command This principle claims that each subordinate should

confusion and conflict.
Unity of Direction All related activities ought to be put under one group,
there must be one strategy on their behalf, and they must be underneath
the charge of one manager.
Initiative While using initiative of employees can also add strength and
new suggestions to a company. Initiative for employees is an origin of
strength for organization since it provides better and new ideas.
