Cancer diagnostics is a process for finding various diagnostics, proteins, and some symptoms that help determine whether a cancerous tumour is present. Effective diagnostic testing is employed to confirm or exclude the presence of illness, track the development of the disease, and plan and evaluate treatment outcomes. Imaging, tumour biopsies, laboratory tests (including tumour diagnostic tests), endoscopic examinations, surgery, and genetic testing are all examples of diagnostic techniques for cancer.
