Due to a series of coincidences, some scientific curiosity and a huge 
stroke of luck changed everything for us: A rock glacier was discovered 
on our lease. This hidden away, ultra-pure resource has been the 
source of our potable water supply since 1968. We successfully 
changed a portion of our existing water licences to allow for the sale of 
less than 1% of the flow of this un-named, non-fish bearing stream. 
While that's a tiny amount of water in the overall picture, it amounts 
to 50,000,000 litres per year that we are now permitted to sell. 
Our Story
Rock glacier water was

highest level. With 750cm (300 
inches) of average annual 
snowfall, wind-protected slopes, 
incredible tree skiing, and up to 
2000+ acres of stunning terrain,

experience.
