OFTEN?
INTRODUCTION
It is the only Chain grade recommended option used
in overhead lifting equipment, alloy chain slings, and
binder too. Alloy steel, Heat treated 25% stronger than
Grade 80 Alloy Chain.
Alloy chain inspect and document at a minimum of 12-
months of periods.
All inspection should be performed by an inspection
expert who can identify the problems and what steps
needs to be taken to prevent any hazard.
FIRST INSPECTION:
First inspect the chain
after receiving it from the
manufacturer is very
important.
Cross-check the tag to
ensure that what you
ordered and that the
ratings meet all of your
project characteristic and
lifting requirements.
FREQUENT:
Hire an expert to perform
a regular optical
investigation of damage,
defects and other issues
on joints and fastenings.
Shock loads, severe
angles, edges and
excessive heat can
quickly damage a Chain
sling, so it is necessary to
do a visual inspection
before shift change or in
lifting Uses.
AT FIX PERIOD:
This Inspection is done by a
professional Technician.
