Hyderabad | 4 Locations | South Indian Culinary Experience Designed with a Trending Touch: 
Panchakattu Dosa, a rapidly growing South Indian fast-casual brand in Hyderabad, entrusted me with the 
interior design of all four of its outlets — located in Banjara Hills, Madhapur, Kondapur, and Pragathi Nagar. 
Each space was uniquely tailored to its locality while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all 
branches.
My signature Trending Touch approach blended traditional South Indian aesthetics with contemporary 
design
language, resulting in inviting, vibrant spaces that enhance the overall dining experience. The interiors 
feature
open kitchen concepts, thoughtfully planned seating layouts, rustic textures paired with bold accents, and
modern lighting to create a warm yet energetic atmosphere.
With a focus on brand storytelling, spatial efficiency, and customer comfort, the design celebrates the rich

heritage of South India while offering a modern, memorable environment across all locations.
