production schedule. The entire list of production orders/ work orders with complete details is populated here with a num- 
ber of filters and all additional information that a planner needs to arrive at an optimum production plan. The objective is to 
plan as close to the linear meter capacity available on the corrugation line and yet meet the delivery timelines. This is 
done by minimizing the paper reel change and corrugation roll change. The solution also keeps a track of paper 
availability (paper position wise), machine speed recommended for different jobs, and gives the flexibility to accommodate 
exigencies too. The net benefit for you is an additional production every day, (everything else remaining same) made 
possible by the soft- ware and the contribution on this extra production adds to you bottom-line or profits.
