About- Satyanarayana Tota
• Having his roots from Khammam, Telangana, Satyanarayan Tota is a Service Now 
Integration Architect serving in Genentech, California. He has completed his 
education from the Indian Institute of Technology, Allahabad, after which he worked 
at Siebel system as a lead software engineer for over 5 years. Later on, he joined 
Genentech, California as a lead software engineer. 
• His industrious efforts promoted him as the lead test automation engineer, and later 
as Service Now Integration Architect. His diligent efforts allowed him to learn 
closely while he worked closely with IT Architect, ITSM Process Architect, 
Business Analysts, and other technical teams. Over the past two decades, Tota has 
successfully expressed the meaning of growth and hard work through his work 
record. 
Satyanarayana Tota and His Secrets of 
Growth
Satyanarayana Tota has earned expertise in automation in 
Information Technology. His enormous experience reaching two 
decades comprises of test automation, process automation tools, and 
technologies. His effective leadership and management skills have 
helped him in taking charge of handling different teams in projects 
from medium to large size.
 
He started his journey after completing his education from the Indian 
Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He then started working as a 
Design Engineer at Jain Irrigation Systems, Maharashtra. At this 
position, he took the responsibility of designing and executing 
sprinkler irrigation systems for several reputed golf courses in Pune.

in Test Automation
In the year 2006, he joined Genentech and managed the global test automation team. Holding the 
responsibility of automation lead, he handled and applied test automation for more than a hundred 
projects. 
He applied automation frameworks, requirements for validation along with the finest practices for 
automation. Now, he is serving as the ServiceNow integration architect and managing the 
ServiceNow integration as well as other applications of the organization.
