Basic FSSAI For small businesses with turnover up 
Registration to ₹12 lakhs.
For medium businesses with turnover State FSSAI 
₹12 lakhs–₹20 crores. License 
Central For large businesses with turnover 
FSSAI above ₹20 crores or operating in multiple states.
