ABOUT
Shaping Supplies is a Sunshine Coast based state-of-the-art CNC, Surf 
Craft Cutting facility supporting surfboard manufacturers both locally 
and interstate.  Our top-quality control processes & extensive 
experience in producing foam shapes, ensures first class Surfboard cuts 
customised for all types of boards (including, long boards, short boards 
and lifesaving crafts)
We established in 2016 due to the lack of shaping supply services on 
the Sunshine Coast, with an aim to support our local manufacturers by 
bringing Cutting services and materials to the area, providing a 
localised, hands on service and saving costly time freighting products 
from out of the region. However, due to our reputation of top quality 
cuts we are now also servicing  Surfboard manufactures out of the 
region and interstate

CNC PRE SHAPES
Our machine is a Gen5 APS3000 
designed and built in 2017 on the 
Gold Coast. We consider our cuts 
as good as the best in the 
industry. We can cut files from 
Shape3d and Aku. We can cut 
boards as small as 4’x16” and as 
long as 12’1”x33” including 
bodyboards, surfboards, paddle 
boards, stand up paddle boards, 
foil boards, goat boats.
