Since 2004, Shaun Stevens has built a successful career in land development. His projects include a number of multi-unit townhomes, apartments, condominiums, and single-family homes. He was responsible for two dream homes for the Hospital Foundation. Mr. Stevens is a deep-sea fisherman and enjoys traveling recreationally. He is active at Oaks Golf & Country Club and an esteemed member of the London Club.
