SHEQ PORTAL LIMITED was established in 1998 and has been managed 
and directed by Dr. Dan Gallagher. Our current product portfolio 
includes Contractor Portal, Induction Portal, Work Permit Software, 
Safety Hub, Training and Competence Module.
OUR TEAM
Dr. Gallagher is founder and Managing Director for EHA Soft. and SHEQ Portal Limited 
Since its inception in 2002, Dr. Gallagher has provided product strategy, innovation, 
and practical experience to EHA Soft’s team & SHEQ Portal.
Prior to the completion of his Ph.D. from the University College Cork and his tenure as 
Managing Director, Dan achieved 1 class honors earning a Diploma in Safety, Health 
and Welfare, a post-graduate diploma in Environmental Protection and the Certified 
diploma in Accounting and Finance.
Dan has served as a senior manager in various multinational companies and has a 
proven track record in initiating, creating, and implementing safety (OHSAS 18001), 
quality (ISO 9001), and environmental (ISO 14001) management systems to 
international standards and Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) 
requirements.
Dan led the development of the mai suite from a practitioners viewpoint bringing his 
hands on experience to the automation of environmental health and safety 
management. Dan is a frequent guest speaker at many industry forums and regularly 
lectures at the University level.
