Stan van Woerkens has been a licensed realtor since 2009. Prior to this Stan 
worked for 22 years as a Director of Sales and Marketing in the Hospitality and 
Service Industry with Marriott Hotels. The Hotel Culinary and Business school in 
the Netherlands provided Stan with a strong foundation for customer service, 
planning and sales & marketing skills. Stan's focus has always been on delivering 
exceptional customer service, market insight, planning and execution and he has 
received numerous management, leadership and customer satisfaction awards in 
recognition of this over many years. He likes to work closely with customers, 
assessing their needs and matching their expectations and objectives with detailed 
market  evaluations.
As an experienced member of executive management teams, he enjoys 
developing collaborative and creative solutions for people. Stan has a passion 
for tennis, soccer and skiing. Stan also likes to spend time in the kitchen and 
the garden. Stan volunteers with the Kidney Foundation and is a Block Watch 
captain volunteer in the North Shore community of Canyon Heights, where 
Stan, his wife Luanne and their two children have been residing since 1999. 
Stan received his official SRES designation last year to help transition and 
service the senior community.
