Stephan McCann is an entrepreneur with a massive 
experience in the tech industry. He started his career as a 
Group IT manager at Seatem Group and later joined 
SureSkills as a Technical Consultant. He has also worked 
with P2V Systems Limited and spent more than a decade 
growing and maximizing outstanding results to the 
company. He currently works as the CTO at ActionPoint 
with a focus on delivering the best commercial and 
technical solutions to the customers of the firm. He 
carries a passion for his profession and always likes to be 
a part of various activities, including advising, investing, 
and coaching.

Stephan McCann completed his education from Laurelhill 
after which he started working with Seatem Group. He served 
there as the Group IT Manager and continued delivering 
remarkable results for nearly six years.
He then went on to apply his insights at SureSkills and served 
the firm as the Technical Consultant for public sector 
organisation. He worked there for almost two years after which 
he joined P2V Systems as its Managing Director.
An old saying goes, success isn’t attained by the shortcuts but surely 
through the series of small steps and industrious efforts. McCann 
proves it very well through his journey of turning into a zealous 
entrepreneur and a person with an optimistic attitude. 
His experience in the tech industry stretches two decades which 
comprises of a decade in developing P2V Systems.  These immense 
efforts have helped him in bringing a change in the working of the 
company so as to make it recognised tech firms of Ireland. The 
company received the global Microsoft Award in the year 2017.  
Even while working at Action Point Technology Group, he made sure of 
finding new methods to evaluate technical as well as a commercial 
solution. He very well knows the way to maximize results by uniting 
profession and passion. He is a part of numerous activities such as 
investing, advising, and coaching.
