Stephen Semprevivo was a board director of 
CompareNetworks from 2008 – 2019. CompareNetworks 
builds media and platform products in web, mobile, and print 
formats that drive value for science and healthcare 
suppliers. Its media products include targeted B2B 
marketplaces for professionals worldwide, email, video and 
print publications that match buyers with products to 
generate direct sales and qualified sales leads. Its platform 
capabilities include web and mobile content management 
systems, and sales and customer engagement application 
development. Semprevivo worked closely with the company 
not only as a board director but as in an advisory capacity 
through Velocity Consulting. The company was private 
equity backed by Alta Communications.
CauseForce | Board Director
Stephen Semprevivo was a board director of 
CauseForce  from 2013 – 2019. CauseForce is the peer-
to-peer fundraising agency behind Canada’s largest 
peer-to-peer fundraising event series, The Ride To 
Conquer Cancer®. Providing digital solutions and 
experiential platforms, CauseForce serves as the 
industry leader in producing active lifestyle events for 
non-profit
organizations across the globe. Since 2002, CauseForce 
has produced over 170 events and raised nearly $1B 
for beneficiaries across five countries, delivering life-
changing experiences for participants. Semprevivo 
worked closely with the company during his tenure as 
a board director on several strategic initiatives 
including a roll-up of numerous race events in the US 
market.  The company is private equity backed by 
Bregal Partners.
