Steven Scalabrini has built a strong professional foundation in the construction and 
preconstruction industry through years of hands-on experience, technical education, 
and participation in specialized industry programs. 
Throughout his career, Steven Scalabrini has contributed to a wide range of 
commercial construction projects while developing expertise in site supervision, 
project coordination, and preconstruction engineering.
Early in his career, Steven Scalabrini worked with C. Mancini Construction Drywall 
and Acoustical, Inc. in New Jersey, where he was responsible for supporting 
numerous operations on active construction sites. 
In this role, Steven Scalabrini assisted with daily project activities, coordinated with 
construction teams, and gained practical exposure to the complexities of commercial 
building projects. His experience there helped him strengthen his understanding of 
field operations, construction scheduling, and quality management.
In addition to his field experience, he participated in the Shawmut Design & 
Construction Winter Externship Program in New York. The externship provided 
him with valuable insight into large-scale commercial construction and introduced 
him to advanced construction management practices. 
Through this opportunity, he observed industry professionals, learned about 
project planning and execution, and further expanded his understanding of 
modern construction techniques and collaborative project delivery systems.
