While working at C. Mancini Construction Drywall and Acoustical, Inc. in 
New Jersey, Steven Scalabrini carried out a variety of responsibilities on 
construction sites. 
His work required strong organizational abilities, and he developed 
exceptional management skills through overseeing multiple projects 
simultaneously, ensuring that quality and timelines were consistently 
met.
Steven Scalabrini also participated in the Shawmut Design & Construction 
Winter Externship Program in New York, offered through Roger Williams 
University. 
During this program, he shadowed an experienced construction manager, 
gaining valuable insights into project coordination, site management, and 
large-scale construction operations.
Earlier in his career, from November 2013 to September 2014, Steven 
Scalabrini worked at A. Autiello Construction Co., Inc. in Cranston, Rhode 
Island. 
During his tenure, he contributed to daily project operations, assisted in 
meeting project milestones, and supported the construction team in
