Steven Scalabrini has built a strong and diverse foundation in the construction 
and preconstruction fields through hands-on experience, formal education, and 
participation in industry development programs. 
Early in his career, Steven Scalabrini worked with C. Mancini Construction Drywall 
and Acoustical, Inc. in New Jersey, where he supported a wide range of on-site 
construction activities and gained valuable exposure to day-to-day field 
operations, trade coordination, and quality control procedures. 
In addition, he was selected to participate in the Shawmut Design & Construction 
Winter Externship Program in New York, where he further expanded his 
understanding of large-scale commercial construction processes, project 
coordination, and construction management best practices.
Steven Scalabrini earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management 
from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island, in May 2013. The program 
was ACCE-accredited, reflecting its rigorous academic standards and industry 
alignment.
His education provided him with a strong technical and managerial foundation in 
estimating, scheduling, construction law, cost control, safety management, and 
project delivery methods.
