When you stake with Lido using lido staking wallets, you receive stETH tokens in a 1:1 ratio. This is the amount of Ether that a user has staked. The stETH balance can be used in the same way that regular ETH is to earn yields and lending rewards, and it is automatically updated daily to reflect the user's ETH staking rewards.
