Tamara Beauzile's dedication to law enforcement extended beyond the United States, where she served as a Civilian Police Officer (CIVPOL) in the Haitian Mission in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, from 1997 to 1998. She trained Haitian Police Officers on proper police procedures, rules, and regulations and interacted with the Haitian community, as well as international police officers from different countries associated with the United Nations.
