ABOUT
Hastelloy C-276 is a wrought corrosion-resistant alloy. Hatelloy C276 also known as Alloy C276 is an alloy that is resistant to corrosion. The 
main advantage of using this alloy (C276) is that is does not necessarily require solution heat treatment process after performing welding on it. 
The alloy C276 itself resists the formation of grain boundary precipitate which degrades corrosion resistance. Hastelloy Tube Fittings are well 
known for easilymachinability,although the alloy is hard when compared to Mild Steel and Stainless Steel. C276 can be cold worked in all 
conventional methods. The material can also be forged by conventional means, can be hot formed as well. Applications Hastelloy Tube Fittings 
are used in high corrosion areas. Generally in environments like: Acetic Acid, Acetic Anhydride, Chlorine Spargers, Cellophane manufacturing,
