Demitrus Evans, JD, LLM is the managing Attorney for TEIL Firms which 
began in Westchester in 2009.  The firm’s three (3) focus areas are Contract 
Drafting/ Litigation, Intellectual Property Protection, and International 
Trade. Demitrus also arbitrates for Cook County Courts and is a Mediator in 
the Federal District Court. She often is asked to speak on international 
contractual issues and Women in Law and Business.
She is the founder of the non-profit, The Evans Exoneration Project, (TEEP 
Project) teaches business law and lectures, and advocates for International 
Business trade and expansion on several Business-focused boards.
