You can manage the cost of using  
Google APIs, you can set everyday  
quota limits to any billable API on 
all  requests.
Mostly APIs have default limits, but 
that  can be adjusted up to a maximum 
limit  as specified by Google.

Steps 1
First open and Go to the Google Maps Platform 
Quotas  page in the Cloud Console.
Steps 2
Once you reached the page, select Maps Javascript 
API by  clicking on the APIs dropdown option on 
the right.
Steps 3 & 4
You can now scroll down to the Map loads option to view 
the  quota limits. You will see a list of different quota 
names and  limits.
Note
Those APIs which are billable only allow you to set daily quota limits. If your business does 
not use  any billable APIs, then you won’t be allowed to set any daily quota limits.
On any given day, if your API usage reaches or exceeds your billable quota limit, your 
application will  be unable to use the API for the rest of the day.
