Timothy Terrentine has a talent for accepting change and transition, 
which advances best practices. In a situation with limited resources, 
he fought for and won $750,000 in new, recurring yearly University 
support for the division.  
The development and inspiration of high-performing teams, resource 
allocation, spending control, and productivity depend on Tim 
Terrentine. He boosted staff engagement and performance by 
implementing a thorough, data-driven employee engagement plan. 
Timothy Terrentine establishes and upholds enduring relationships 
with internal and external partners. 
Tim Terrentine supervised "Public Service Academy," a professional 
development opportunity for area municipal officials, while he was 
employed by Southwest Michigan First in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  
Timothy Terrentine collaborates with top leadership, stakeholders, 
and residents to elicit critical requirements, successfully changing 
policies and procedures. 
Serving on the Old National Bank Community Board was Timothy 
Terrentine. He also served on the executive board as chair of the 
Turn 2 Foundation, Inc., and was a trustee at the Homer Stryker, 
M.D. School of Medicine at Western Michigan University.
