Clean before disinfect! Try to clean out the
surface using multipurpose cleaner/soap and
water before you disinfect it.
Dwell-Time Matters
Dwell time is critical to ensuring disinfectant
is defeating germs. The surface needs to
remain visibly wet throughout the dwell time.
The contact/dwell time is usually listed on
the label.
PPE is Must
(Personal Protective Equipment)
Always wear gloves, coveralls, and masks
while you are disinfecting surfaces.
Lock it Up
Tightly close the lid of your disinfectant
bottle and keep it out of the reach of
children and pets.
Wash Your Hands
Carefully remove your gloves and
wash your hands with soap and water
for at least 20-30 seconds.
