A new 12-storey hotel is being proposed on Capilano Road in 
North Vancouver.
Chard Development Ltd has applied to develop the site at 
1634-1748 Capilano Road for a 12-storey hotel building with 
140 hotel rooms.
Also proposed is a mixed-use development that will provide 
275 homes.
The site is just north of the intersection of Capilano Road and 
Marine Drive bordered by Capilano and McGuire Avenue and 
is part of the District of North Vancouver’s Lower Capilano – 
Marine Village Centre.
