Even after earning your Florida hardship license, you must complete the Florida Advanced Driver Improvement course that you registered for. If you have been classified as a Habitual Traffic Offender (HTO) by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV), you can enroll in our Commercial driving school's ADI course and complete it before requesting a hardship license. You have 90 days after registering to finish the ADI course.
