Vincent Issier is a skilled P&L and product life cycle management professional 
with a wealth of knowledge.  
Vincent Issier started working on Nanolase as an engineer in 1998, specializing 
in passive Q-switched microchip lasers.  
Vincent relocated to California in 2002 in order to consolidate the Commercial 
Lasers R&D department following JDSU's acquisition of Nanolase. Vincent 
Issier worked in R&D and held a number of administrative positions until 
2010. 
Since then, Vincent has been a part of the Product Line Management team, 
primarily overseeing the Micromachining division. Vincent Issier is the Senior 
Director of Product Line Management at Lumentum US, where he is in charge 
of the M&A funnel and the Micromachining division.
