Vincent Issier - A Dedicated and Creative Leader
                     Vincent Issier 
Senior Director of Marketing at MKS Instruments 

Vincent Issier joined Nanolase in 1998 after graduating from the University 
of Bordeaux with a degree in Physics. He specialized in passive Q-switched 
microchip lasers and held various engineering positions there.  
Vincent Issier also graduated from the Université de Metz with a DESS in 
Lasers and Applications, Laser and Optical Engineering, and the Université 
de Bordeaux with a Master's in Fundamental Physics. 
Vincent Issier joined the Product Line Management team in 2010 and was 
given primary responsibility for managing the Micromachining business.  
Vincent Issier has a lot of experience and expertise. At the moment, Vincent 
works at Lumentum US as a Senior Director of Product Line Management, 
where he is in charge of the Commercial Lasers business and the NPI priority 
for the BU across facilities in Europe, the US, and Asia, including Fabs. 
With a strong work ethic and determination, Vincent Issier consistently goes 
above and beyond to accomplish his objectives. His experience demonstrates 
his accomplishments over the years and his character.
