Vincent Issier, before creating a successful professional career for 
himself, was connected with different educational institutions, 
including Financial Acumen for Leaders, The Berkeley Executive 
Leadership Program, and Negotiation and Influence at the University 
of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. 
With years of experience in P&L and product life cycle management, 
Vincent Issier is a seasoned expert in product line management. He 
started working with Nanolase in 1998 and has since held various 
engineering jobs, specializing in passive Q-switched microchip lasers.  
After JDSU bought Nanolase in 2002, Vincent relocated to California 
to integrate the Commercial Lasers R&D team. Until 2010, Vincent 
Issier also worked in R&D and held several administrative positions. 
Since then, Vincent has worked with the Product Line Management 
team, primarily overseeing the Micromachining division. Vincent Issier 
also works for Lumentum US as a Senior Director of Product Line 
Management, managing the M&A funnel and the Micromachining 
business. 
Vincent Issier has demonstrated throughout his experiences how 
diligent and proactive he is as a person and how much he has excelled 
in various roles.
