Vincent Issier is a seasoned veteran in product line management with years of P&L 
and product life cycle management experience. Since joining Nanolase in 1998, he 
has held several engineering positions focusing on passive Q-switched microchip 
lasers. 
Vincent Issier moved to California to integrate the Commercial Lasers R&D team 
after JDSU purchased Nanolase in 2002. He held various administrative posts and 
worked in research and development until 2010.  
Ever since, Vincent Issier has been a Product Line Management team member, 
mainly in charge of the Micromachining branch. As a Senior Director of Product 
Line Management for Lumentum US, he oversees the Micromachining division 
and the M&A funnel. 
Vincent Issier has proven through his experiences how proactive and industrious
