Vincent Issier's initiative, work ethic, and adaptability in various tasks have been 
shown by his experiences. 
Product line manager Vincent Issier is a seasoned veteran with years of P&L and 
product life cycle management experience. Since 1998, Vincent Issier has been 
employed at Nanolase, where he has occupied various engineering roles focused 
on passive Q-switched microchip lasers.  
Vincent moved to California in 2002 after JDSU purchased Nanolase to combine 
the Commercial Lasers R&D team. He held several administrative roles and 
worked in research and development until 2010.  
After that, Vincent joined the Product Line Management team and has been in 
charge of the Micromachining branch ever since. At Lumentum US, Vincent Issier 
oversees the Micromachining division and the M&A funnel as Senior Director of 
Product Line Management.
