Vincent Issier discovered elite universities' executive education programs, like the University 
of California Berkeley's Haas School of Business, and he was able to benefit from them. 
Berkeley Executive Leadership Program, Financial Acumen for Leaders, and Negotiation and 
Influence are some courses he took and completed. 
With a plethora of expertise, Vincent Issier is a proficient P&L and product life cycle 
management specialist. Engineer Vincent Issier joined Nanolase in 1998 and focused 
on passive Q-switched microchip lasers.  
In 2002, Vincent Issier moved to California to help JDSU integrate its Commercial Lasers 
R&D division after purchasing Nanolase. Until 2010, he had various administrative roles 
while working in R&D. 
After that, Vincent Issier joined the Product Line Management team and has been in charge 
of the Micromachining branch ever since. At Lumentum US, Vincent Issier oversees the 
Micromachining division and the M&A funnel as Senior Director of Product Line 
Management. 
Vincent Issier is a very hardworking and dedicated individual who created a good learning
