Vincent Issier has connected himself to various institutes, which have helped 
him to achieve success and have also helped him to develop his professional 
career.

With years of P&L and product life cycle management experience, Vincent 
Issier is a seasoned pro in product line management. Vincent Issier has worked 
at Nanolase since 1998 and has held many engineering positions emphasizing 
passive Q-switched microchip lasers.
After JDSU acquired Nanolase in 2002, Vincent relocated to California to integrate 
the Commercial Lasers R&D team. Vincent Issier held different managerial jobs 
and worked in research and development until 2010.
Since then, Vincent has been a part of the Product Line Management team, 
primarily overseeing the Micromachining division. Vincent Issier is the Senior 
Director of Product Line Management at Lumentum US, in charge of the M&A 
funnel and the Micromachining division.
