Vincent Issier is a seasoned expert in product line management. He 
started working with Nanolase in 1998 and has since held various 
engineering jobs, specializing in passive Q-switched microchip 
lasers.  
After JDSU bought Nanolase in 2002, Vincent relocated to California 
to integrate the Commercial Lasers R&D team. Until 2010, Vincent 
Issier also worked in R&D and held several administrative positions.  
Since then, Vincent Issier has worked with the Product Line 
Management team, primarily overseeing the Micromachining 
division. He also works for Lumentum US as a Senior Director of 
Product Line Management, in charge of the M&A funnel and the 
Micromachining business.
