A seasoned P&L and product life cycle management expert, Vincent Issier 
has a wealth of knowledge in this field.  
With a focus on passive Q-switched microchip lasers and while holding 
various engineering jobs, Vincent Issier started working with Nanolase in 
1998. 2002, following JDSU's acquisition of Nanolase, 
Vincent relocated to California to merge the Commercial Lasers R&D 
department. Vincent M Issier held several managerial positions while 
working in R&D up to 2010. 
Since then, he has worked with the Product Line Management team, 
primarily overseeing the Micromachining division. Vincent Issier also 
works for Lumentum US as a Senior Director of Product Line Management, 
managing the M&A funnel and the Micromachining business. 
Vincent M Issier has significantly benefited from the executive education 
programs offered by prestigious universities like the University of California, 
Berkeley's Haas School of Business, including Financial Acumen for Leaders, 
The Berkeley Executive Leadership Program, and Negotiation and Influence.
