Our founder, Saleem Bhai, started his journey to fulfil this objective. He was looking for appropriate alliances because of his huge ambition, which necessitated a large scale. During one of his visits to Kerala, Saleem Bhai met Mr. Mammed Koya, the founder and chairman of VKC Rubber Industries, and recognised a potential for a business partnership. Saleem Bhai later established a partnership with VKC and its Brands in order to introduce VKC items in Tamil Nadu. The trading of shoes became the primary source of revenue for the Saleem Group. The company expanded steadily and today has six facilities that cater to the footwear industry around the state. Mr. Mohamed Ubaith, who quit his corporate position at a software company to work with his father-in-law, joined Saleem Bhai in 2009. Their collaboration led to incredible growth for 3,500+ footwear businesses in Tamil Nadu."
