The Saleem Group is a collection of shoe-related businesses. The Saleem Group was founded in 1986 with the goal of making comfortable shoes available to everyone in the community. Saleem Bhai, our founder, embarked on his quest to achieve this goal. With a thirst for great ambition that demanded a large scale, he was searching for suitable alliances. Saleem Bhai met Mr. Mammed Koya, the founder and chairman of VKC Rubber Industries, during one of his trips to Kerala and saw a potential for a synergy between the two businesses. In order to introduce VKC products in Tamil Nadu, Saleem Bhai later formed an association with VKC and its Brands. The Saleem Group's main source of income became the trading of shoes. The business continuously developed into six locations that now serve footwear businesses all around the state. In 2009, Saleem Bhai was joined by Mr. Mohamed Ubaith, who left his corporate job at a software company to work with his father-in-law. As a result of their partnership, 3,500+ footwear enterprises in Tamil Nadu experienced amazing growth.
