The Patio
The patio is located on Spurgeon Promenade between Third and Fourth Streets under the iconic Yost marquee. The 
fenced outdoor patio space boasts customizable poster holders and a historic box office booth.
The Lobby
The historic grand lobby features mirrored chauffeured ceilings, chandeliers, and LED TV’s. A staircase provides 
convenient access to the 2nd-level loft space that overlooks the theater. Restrooms and a full kitchen are also located 
directly off the lobby.
The Theater
Open floor plan featuring original chandelier lighting, a tin ceiling, hardwood floors, exploded brick, acoustic curtained 
walls, built-in bar, and two furnished green rooms located behind the stage. 
The Loft
A private upstairs loft with accordion doors that open to 
the mezzanine. The versatile event space can be closed
