Behavior-based Safety principles (BBS), can be used to reduce hazards and create safe working environments. BBS evolved from an Industrial Age idea. It is now being used in the Connected Workplace to manage people and steer them toward safe behaviors that will benefit their team, their company, the community, and all of society.
