you perform the forehead smoother.
5. Perform this exercise three times.

called natural neck lift, which can treat the

Steps :
1. Start by moving your head backward and
pointing to the ceiling with your chin.
2. You can make a chewing action or blow out
your lips that will cause a strain on your neck
muscles.
3. Hold this position for ten seconds, then bring
your head back to normal.
4. Repeat this exercise five times at least.

Steps :
1. Place your middle fingers on the inner corner
of your eyes and the index fingers on the
outer corner. Your hands will form a V-like
shape.
2. Make a squint with your lower eyelids. You’ll
be able to feel the muscle as they tighten.
3. Repeat this action at least ten times.
4. Hold on to the final squint for about twenty
seconds.

4 Cheek sculptor
With age, the muscles of your cheeks can get
thin and eventually droop. However, smooth and
glowing cheeks can make others wonder about
your actual age. Hence, for well-toned cheeks,
you should try the cheek sculptor exercise.
Steps :
1. Place your middle and index fingers on the
bottom of your face.
2. Slowly move your index fingers up while
touching your smile lines.
3. Stop this movement once you reach the
nostrils, then slide your middle fingers on
both cheeks.
4. Eventually, your fingers will form a V-like
shape.
5. Continue the whole process for a minute.
