Why Twitter Deal
Failed?
Elon Musk announced that he was
pulling his offer to buy Twitter. The
billionaire tech executive said on
July 8 that he would end the deal
because the company had
"breached" their agreement. Musk
said he was terminating the deal
because Twitter violated the
agreement by failing to respond to
requests for information regarding
Twitter fake users or spam
accounts on the platform.

Why Twitter Deal
Failed?
Twitter then announced a "poison
pill" strategy the very next day.
The company filed a lawsuit
against Elon Musk in the Delaware
Court of Chancery on July 12, and
the trial is set to begin on October
17.
